Parker Bay Consultancy supported Kanzen for Life in securing over £1 million of funding towards the development of its new community facility in Dundee. The centre provides a modern, accessible space designed to support health, wellbeing, inclusion and community participation.
The project represents a significant investment in local communities and will support thousands of people each year through a range of programmes, activities and services. Parker Bay Consultancy provided strategic funding support throughout the development process.

Parker Bay Consultancy is supporting Dryburgh Athletic Community Club and Lochee Harp FC with the development of a proposed £1 million community investment at Beechwood Park, Lochee. The project will create a modern community pavilion and multi-use facility designed to support grassroots sport, youth engagement, women and girls' participation, health and wellbeing initiatives, and wider community activity. Parker Bay is providing strategic development, stakeholder engagement, funding strategy and investment readiness support as the partnership progresses plans to deliver a long-term community asset for one of Dundee's most deprived communities.
