We offer a range of flexible support options, including hourly consultancy, monthly retainers and project-based commissions. Fees are agreed in advance and set out within a formal contract or service agreement.

No. Parker Bay Consultancy does not charge commission or success fees on grant applications or funding awards. We believe organisations should retain 100% of any funding secured.

For selected commercial, investment and capital development projects delivered through Parker Bay Capital, alternative fee structures may be considered where appropriate. Any such arrangements are agreed in advance and documented within a formal contract.

For retained consultancy services, invoices are generally issued monthly in advance. Project-based work may be invoiced in stages or in accordance with agreed payment schedules.

No consultant can guarantee funding. Our role is to maximise the likelihood of success through robust planning, evidence gathering, strategic positioning, high-quality applications and strong governance arrangements.
