  • We offer a range of flexible support options, including hourly consultancy, monthly retainers and project-based commissions. Fees are agreed in advance and set out within a formal contract or service agreement.

  • No. Parker Bay Consultancy does not charge commission or success fees on grant applications or funding awards. We believe organisations should retain 100% of any funding secured.

  • For selected commercial, investment and capital development projects delivered through Parker Bay Capital, alternative fee structures may be considered where appropriate. Any such arrangements are agreed in advance and documented within a formal contract.

  • For retained consultancy services, invoices are generally issued monthly in advance. Project-based work may be invoiced in stages or in accordance with agreed payment schedules.

  • Yes. Many organisations engage Parker Bay before applying for funding. We support governance reviews, strategic planning, policy development, financial planning, monitoring and evaluation frameworks, and organisational development to ensure organisations are well positioned for future funding opportunities.

  • Yes. Parker Bay Capital specialises in capital developments, feasibility studies, investment planning, Outline Business Cases (OBCs), Full Business Cases (FBCs), Green Book methodologies, stakeholder engagement and long-term strategic planning.

  • Parker Bay takes a layered approach to cyber security, using encryption, multi-factor authentication, endpoint protection and controlled access to cloud-based documents to help safeguard client information. We maintain cyber insurance and continue to review and strengthen our security arrangements.

  • Yes. Each company holds its own insurance. Parker Bay Consultancy UK Ltd: professional indemnity £1m, public liability £2m and employers’ liability £10m. Parker Bay Capital Ltd: professional indemnity £5m, public liability £5m and employers’ liability £10m. Both are covered by £1m cyber insurance. Parker Bay is registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO). We take client confidentiality and data protection seriously. Details of the insurance cover relevant to your engagement are available on request.
