Dryburgh Athletic Community Club, in partnership with Lochee Harp FC, is progressing plans for a £1 million investment to create a new community pavilion and multi-use hub at Beechwood, Lochee. The proposed development will provide modern changing facilities, flexible community space, accessible amenities and improved infrastructure, creating a long-term community asset that supports sport, health, wellbeing and local organisations across Dundee.
As part of the project's development, we are inviting local residents, community groups and stakeholders to help shape the proposals through our public consultation.
Public Consultation Event (In Person)

-Beechwood Park, Lochee
Representatives from Dryburgh Athletic Community Club, Lochee Harp FC, Parker Bay Consultancy and the wider project team will be available throughout the evening to present the proposals, answer questions and listen to your feedback.

If you are unable to attend the public consultation event, or would prefer to provide your feedback online, you can complete our public consultation survey. The survey takes approximately 5–10 minutes to complete and gives residents, community groups and stakeholders the opportunity to share their views on the proposed development. All feedback received will be carefully considered by the project team and will help inform the next stage of the project's development before funding applications are submitted.
